The doors to the Spirit of the Earth apprentice academy are opening.

You can invest as much or as little time into sharing the oils as you desire based on your other commitments and depending on your desired level of results. When you schedule in your 1:1 meeting we will work through this with you so you can work in a way that suits you, your life and what you are hoping to achieve.

Thursday zoom calls will be recorded for those who can’t make them, but we do expect everyone to catch up by the same weekend so they don’t drop behind.

The training will last for no more than 1 hour each week and for the duration of 6 months. Individual 1:1 trainings and support will be provided and agreed between yourself and the mistress who invited you to the programme.

We will guide you to begin to work with the oils, so you feel confident to start sharing them. Included in the trainings, we will teach you how to share the power of these oils with others and to support them in using them. You will be paid commission on anyone who you introduce to the oils who signs up through you as a customer, sharer or as a builder and we will help you to support them on whichever route they choose.

After you have ordered your initial starter kit the programme is free. However in order to earn commissions, any commissions due are paid to those who have made a monthly 100pv or more spend through their dōTERRA account for their own oils or products or business tools *this is optional should you wish to receive any commissions due each month.

Ultimately the way you build your business is up to you. You become your own boss and your results will be based on your own input. In order to receive good results we encourage apprentices and anyone in the SPIRIT academy to attend regular trainings and events for inspiration and education.

After the initial investment of your oils for yourself, are no other business costs involved. We hope that as you use the oils and products for yourself and deepen your own personal relationship with them each day, that in addition to supporting you with your health, you will also enjoy the learning process, and ultimately you will grow in confidence in using and sharing from a place of authenticity, inspiration, experience and passion. This will enhance your results.

If you decide you no longer wish to continue with the programme nothing is lost and there are no costs to exit. You simply have a beautiful collection of oils to work with for your own health and well-being, an account that you can use whenever you wish (with no obligation) and you can pick up the programme again in the future should you wish to start sharing the oils once more.
